Our community in Stykkishólmur, Iceland has begun our fall apostolates, including our children´s Oratory „Child Jesus“. All the children in our town are welcome to participate. We oratory with some free time for games and this week we played with Play-Doh. Trying our best to be creative, we made fruit, cakes and the sea with different sea creatures. After games we bake with the children and while it is in the oven, we take the children to the chapel. There we tell a short story about the life of Jesus or about a certain virtue. We pray all together and make our way back to have a snack, sing some songs and play some group games. We hope that in this atmosphere of festive joy and charity, the children come to know and love Jesus more and more.
